The Coca-Cola digital marketing team have nailed it again.
This time the campaign puts consumers in command to decide who gets a Coke.
The story goes like this….
In a desert race between “cowboys”, “badlanders” and “showgirls” users can vote and decide who gets the last Coke.
While fans tuning into the Big Game can’t decide the winner on the field, they do have a say in who wins an ice-cold Coke through a creative campaign fusing TV advertising with social, digital and mobile media.
A cinematic TV ad titled “Mirage,” which aired during the first half of the Super Bowl on Sunday, Feb. 3, follows the three factions of characters – cowboys, badlanders and showgirls – as they trudge through the blazing-hot desert in pursuit of an elusive, ice-cold bottle of Coca-Cola.
