When you are starting your own business or trying to boost your existing business, you will
usually have a checklist.
This checklist, in today’s dynamic market, will need to include an online presence.
It has been proved that one of the most important facts to any conversion is the quality of your landing page. Rich content, relevance and clarity are facts that highly improve your ROI.
Setting up and keeping a decent web page can be cumbersome and costly, and that’s where Content Management Systems have a decisive role.
Many content management systems (CMS) are targeted at high end business that require large resources and system solutions that cater for their existing macro needs. Luckily for them, they have large budgets and subsequently can put high demands.
When it comes to small to medium businesses (SME), you will often find that many web designers build webpages that are complex and hard to manage. Often because it is a one off service that requires no post support, and the designers goal may be to develop sites for the larger corps in the future after all it looks good on the CV.
This leaves the SME’s somewhat unattended.
I’ve found out from a friend about Eqwik (this is not a paid post), a small Australian company that have targeted this need for small to medium sized businesses.
What got my attention from this company is that basically you design your site together with them and then manage and update it yourself using their CMS.
I also like their 5 steps – how it works. They also hold seminars where clients and alliances can host themes that help share tips and build new networks. The price for the seminars are amazingly affordable. Pretty cool. I’ll be checking on the following seminars (they have one for tomorrow about Values, Vision and Mission)
If you are an SME, it is worth checking out at the Eqwik Content Management System ate their website.
Cheers
