I had my first play with Maps/Real Estate today which showed all houses for sale on Google maps. I think if you would be able to give a circle in that spot, or draw a circle with a mouse on the map, and then say 'what is there', then we would be where a marketer wants to be. Combine that with adwords for local targeting, or with google trends, that would be a killer. Nice idea.
