I was trying to keep myself out of it.

My intention here is to write about Online world.But as internet user, and as a BRAZILIAN, the episode Daniela Cicarelli X youtube brought me a feeling of fear and indignation.

But also made me feel grateful to Daniela Cicarelli

Let me explain the facts…

Sao Paulo state Supreme Court Justice Enio Santarelli Zuliani on Tuesday lifted an order that led to a ban of YouTube across much of the country because a sexy video of supermodel Daniela Cicarelli and her boyfriend kept circulating.

The widely viewed video shows Cicarelli and Brazilian banker Renato Malzoni in sex scenes along a beach near the Spanish city of Cadiz.

First was the second-largest Brazilian operator – BRASIL TELECOM, but soon followed by others operators the access to youtube became PERMANENTLY BLOCKED.

Thats true!!! at the South America there is a country named BRAZIL, where JUDGES without any knowledge about what they are judging are getting back to the time and deciding what should or not should be watched.

This fact has brought bloggers together in a massive movement never ever seen in Brazilian’s history. All together fighting against these hypocrites.

All this remembers me an article I read about Bush sometime ago about going to the war, and really suits here…

The moral/values reverse of this history is shameful. How could someone be blamed for other’s mistake.

How could a judge sentence 20 million internet users because of her insanity?

This lady Daniela Cicarelli should be embarrassed for been part in something so big and disgusting.

The ban is a sorrow. YouTube was unfairly punished by a near-total block that didn’t work anyway because the clip of Cicarelli making out with her boyfriend just went up on other sites.

After all protests in Brazil, The BIG WISE MASTER Sao Paulo state Supreme Court Justice Enio Santarelli Zuliani reversed the sentence.

“Preventing the dissemination of offensive, false or libelous information is not legal censorship,” Zuliani wrote. “However, the blocking of a site could lead to speculation along those lines.”

The judge also warned that he could reinstate a YouTube ban in Brazil. He demanded that the service providers explain why they could not block the video alone and that YouTube explain why it could not use software to prevent the Cicarelli clip from popping back on the site.

I’m here to defend the my own liberty.

Anyway, as example of Napster, if you kill one, another will come up.
