I need to confess, SEO Australia could not be worse.
It’s incredible how many mistakes have been committed lately for companies and SEO experts.
What is even worse…people who are hiring their services are trowing truckloads of money and not seeing the expected return.
3 pieces of advice;
1) Don’t trust blind and fold on your specialist (either company or person) – follow up your goals and share the strategies. Ask what they’ve been doing.
2) Give them space to commit mistakes and time to test, but ask for reports of what has been learned in favor your business. This learning will be profitable if you know them and use them.
3) Learn the basics of Online Marketing (not just SEO) – just the basic will be more than enough to help you to differentiate opportunity from a misfortune.

I also would include budgeting correctly, and planning.
Set up goals for short and medium terms and stick with it.
