I buy a lot online.
I receive a lot of invoices on my email from the purchases.
NEVER ever one of the invoices asked me to review a product or service.
TIP – Why don’t change your order confirmation email to ask users to review the product, service on their website in return for a voucher code or credit note? Give your clients/consumers clear links/directions and you’ll be surprised with the results.
